One of the first cheeses of its kind made in Australia, this award winning washed rind draws inspiration from the French Époisses tradition. With age, the paste becomes smooth and creamy, carrying the bold character that defines a true washed rind.
Give it time in the fridge and it will tell you when it is ready.
Nashua Washed Rind stands up well to full flavoured red wines, port and even whisky. Serve simply with crackers or good sourdough.
