Each month we choose three of our cheeses at their best and pack them with three great products from the Northern Rivers.
It's a simple way to taste a little more of the region. Cheese from our farm, olives from Rosebank, macadamias grown near Byron Bay, and salami made in BIllinudgel.
Delivered to your door by refrigerated courier, just unpack and it is ready to share.

A hard cow’s milk cheese inspired by early Italian dairy traditions of the Northern Rivers, with grassy notes and a gentle caramel finish. -
Nashua Washed Rind - 150g
A soft washed rind cheese with a supple, orange-hued rind and a rich, savoury depth, balancing gentle funk with a smooth, creamy finish. -
Grumpy Grandma’s Olives - 500g
Grumpy Grandma’s is a family-owned business known for cured olives in brine, wood smoked olives and semi-dried olives. -
Rainforest Foods Macadamias - 200g
Premium macadamias, with the rich, buttery flavour and creamy texture that makes macadamias such a natural partner for cheese. -
Salumi Australia Casareccio Finocchietto - 240g
Slow-aged and homestyle, this free-range fennel salami is fragrant, savoury and made for the grazing board.
