The Nimbin Valley Hamper for September

Each month we choose three of our cheeses at their best and pack them with three great products from the Northern Rivers.

It is a simple way to taste a little more of our region. This month’s hamper brings together three of our cow’s milk cheeses, a country-style mixed chutney from the Nimbin CWA, chocolate clusters for something sweet by Contento Chocolate, and Salt & Seed crackers from Byron Bay Crackers.

Delivered to your door by refrigerated courier, just unpack and it is ready to share.

This month’s hamper includes:

• Blue Cow - 150 g
  A blue cow’s milk cheese with real blue character. Rich enough to stand on its own, but very good with chutney, crackers or something sweet on the side.
• White Cow - 150 g
  A soft white mould cheese with a creamy paste and a gentle, mellow finish. A lovely easy cheese for the board.
• Running Cow - 150 g
  A semi-hard cheese made for those who like their cheese with a little bit of character. Best served at room temperature with crackers and chutney.
• CWA Mixed Chutney - 250 g
  A proper country-style chutney from the CWA. Sweet, sharp and savoury, it is made for cheese boards, sandwiches and the sort of grazing table that keeps people coming back.
• Contento Chocolate Clusters - 100 g
  A little something sweet for the hamper made by a small producer in Kyogle. Crunchy chocolate clusters to enjoy after the cheese, with coffee, or straight from the packet.
• Salt & Seed Crackers by Byron Bay Crackers - 125 g
  Artisan hand-crafted crackers from Byron Bay Crackers. Crisp, seedy and made for cheese, they bring the crunch that every good hamper needs.
