It's a simple way to taste a little more of the region. This month, we’ve gone a little further afield to South Australia for more of Misty’s Salted Caramel Sauce. Not strictly Northern Rivers, but who can resist warm caramel sauce poured over a favourite dessert?

This month’s hamper includes:
Blue Cow- 150g A blue cow’s milk cheese with a real blue character. Rich enough to stand on its own, but very good with some honey and crackers
Sweet Goat - 150g A semi-hard goat’s milk cheese. Savoury and full of character without the head puch of many goat cheeses
Truffled Cow - 150g We take our delicious Tintenbar Triple Cream and add a layer of truffle - and its perfect in winter.
Misty's Salted Caramel - 350ml We met Misty at the Sydney Show and fell in love with this salted caramel sauce - perfect dizzled over your favourite warm winter dessert.
Rainforest Foods Roasted Macadamias - 200g Premium macadamias, with the rich, buttery flavour and creamy texture that makes macadamias such a natural partner for cheese.
Byron Bay Crackers - 125g Are they a craker or a delicious seeded snack? We're not sure but they are absolutely delicious.
