Each month we choose three of our cheeses at their best and pack them with three great products from the Northern Rivers.

It is a simple way to taste a little more of our region. This month’s hamper brings together our cheese, pecans grown by Marlivale Farm just down the road from us here near Nimbin, salami from Salumi Australia, and a locally made preserve or from the Nimbin Hospital Auxiliary. $7 from each jar goes straight back to those wonderful people who look after us when we need it.

This month’s hamper includes:

  • Blue Goat - 150 g
A blue goat’s milk cheese with a creamy body and  savoury blue character. Rich enough to stand on its own, but very good with something sweet or a handful of pecans.
  • Black Cow - 150 g
A rich, full-flavoured cow’s milk cheese with a dark ash coating and plenty of character. A beautiful cheese for the middle of the board.
  • Monte Nardi - 150 g
A hard cow’s milk cheese inspired by early Italian dairy traditions of the Northern Rivers, with grassy notes and a gentle caramel finish as it matures.
  • Marlivale Farm Raw Pecans - 100 g
Raw pecans grown, picked and packed down the road from us. Fresh, rich and naturally buttery, they are new season and a perfect match for good cheese.
  • Salumi Australia Salame  - 100 g sliced
A mild, aromatic salami from Salumi Australia. Thinly sliced and ready for the board, it works beautifully with hard cheese, blue cheese and pickles.
  • Nimbin Hospital Auxiliary preserve or pickle - 250g
Choose from Mandarin Marmalade, Davidson Plum Jam or Choko Pickles. (please let us know which you prefer in the notes at checkout, or let us surprise you) Something sweet, sharp or old-fashioned in the best possible way, made locally and ready to sit beside the cheese.

A ready-to-share hamper built around good cheese, good produce and the flavours of the Northern Rivers.
