Our blue is rich, smooth and creamy, with balanced veining and a savoury depth that lingers. As it matures, it softens and becomes beautifully spreadable, with gentle fruity notes emerging over time.
Serve it with sweet dried or fresh fruit, fruit paste and crisp crackers. At our table, it’s enjoyed simply, and indugently, with cultured butter.
