Just the best cheese, although perhaps the blue cow is the best, or the goats cheese options :)….ok too hard to have a favourite but the monte nardi is a fabulous and versatile option for in things, on things or on its own!
Monte Nardi is my go to cheese! It should be on every cheese platter.
I have tasted the very good hard cheeses in Tasmania and Nimbins Monte Nardia is up there with the best.
Also the range of great cheeses produced at Nimbin is
amazing. My Easter family cheese and wine went very well !!
A family staple for sure! We always order more of this cheese, as it seems to disappear with far too much haste! It’s normally our first choice on the list - an amazingly matured cheese with an absolutely belting flavour. My personal favourite!

Monte Nardi was a ripper, rich without being too heavy.
Really enjoyed the Monte Nardi, savoury, smooth and satisfying.
Monte Nardi had lovely depth and a really clean finish. It reminds me of Tilsit
