The Sydney Show has been and gone, but you do not have to miss out. We first created this bag to showcase some of the great regional produce we found at the Show. It was very popular, so we have decided to keep it going for a little longer.
The bag is filled with our cheese and a few extra treats we found at the Show. It is a simple way to bring a little of the Show home, without the crowds, the queues, or the drive.
Inside, you will find three of our cheeses, something sweet, something crisp for the table, and a couple of seasonings to cook with.

Nashua Washed Rind - 150g A soft washed rind cheese with a supple, orange-hued rind and a rich, savoury depth, balancing gentle funk with a smooth, creamy finish.
Tintenbar Triple Cream - 150g A soft white mould cheese with a smooth, creamy paste that begins fresh and lemony, becoming richer as it matures.
Monte Nardi - 150g A hard cow’s milk cheese inspired by early Italian dairy traditions of the Northern Rivers, with grassy notes and a gentle caramel finish over time.
Misty’s Salted Caramel - 150g A rich salted caramel made with cream and butter, just as good over ice cream as it is straight from the spoon.
This Is Us Seeded Breadsticks - 150g Crunchy sourdough breadsticks made with Australian flour and a blend of sesame, poppy, caraway, cumin, fennel and chia seeds. A show medal winner this year.
Rub-A-Dub seasoning sachets x 2 All-purpose seasonings made with Australian native ingredients, bringing everyday cooking a little more character.
Plus a halloumi - 200g We will also add a halloumi, ready for the pan and finished with the Rub-A-Dub seasonings.
