We first created this mixed cheese bag to make good use of the cheese we brought home from the Sydney Show. It proved very popular, so we have decided to keep it going.
The cheese in each bag is now freshly selected from what we are making on the farm, but the idea stays the same: plenty of flavour, good value, and something easy to share.

Tintenbar Triple Cream – 150g Soft, bloomy and creamy, with fresh lemony notes that deepen into richer caramel tones over time.
Truffled Cow – 150g A decadently gooey triple cream layered with earthy Western Australian truffle.
Monte Nardi – 150g A hard cow’s milk cheese with grassy freshness and a gentle caramel finish.
Blue Cow – 150g Smooth, creamy and savoury, with balanced blue veining and gentle fruity notes.
Nashua Washed Rind – 150g A bold washed rind that ripens to a smooth, creamy paste with plenty of character.
