If you are looking beyond a standard bloomy white mould cheese, beyond simple mushroom and cream, White Cow offers something deeper.
Reminiscent of the great raw milk bries of northern France, it carries notes of barnyard and ripe fruit, with a gentle hint of cauliflower as it matures. Beneath it all are the layered grass flavours that come from our pasture fed milk, giving the cheese its unmistakable sense of place.
